Terms of Service

The baseline terms for using Invopay.

Use of the product

Invopay is provided for managing invoices, payments, recurring billing workflows, reminders, and related business operations. You agree to use the service lawfully and only for legitimate billing or administrative activities.

Accounts and responsibility

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account, including keeping credentials secure and ensuring the data you upload or send through the platform is accurate and lawful.

Payments and subscriptions

Paid plans, billing changes, renewals, and cancellations may be managed through third-party payment providers. Subscription access, pricing, and included features may change over time with notice where required.

Customer data and content

You retain responsibility for invoices, branding materials, customer details, payment instructions, and any other content you create or transmit through Invopay. You must have the right to use and send that information.

Availability and limitations

We work to keep the product reliable and secure, but Invopay is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may modify, improve, or remove features over time.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, security risks, unpaid obligations, or violations of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any active billing obligations.
